Finance training for people who never studied finance
We run on-site training in finance, costing, Excel and MIS for teams who have to read and produce numbers but have no finance background — plant heads, purchase officers, stores staff and sales managers. Sessions use your own reports and data, not textbook examples.
A supervisor who understands what a rejection actually costs, or a buyer who can read a rate comparison properly, will save you more in a year than the training costs in an afternoon.
What we teach
Every programme is built around the participants' own work. A stores team learns on your stock statement; a sales team learns on your ageing report.

How the sessions run
Half-day or full-day sessions at your plant or office, in English, Hindi or Marathi, with laptops open and real files on screen. Groups of fifteen to forty work best.
We leave behind the working files and templates from the session, so the learning survives contact with Monday morning.

Who should attend?
Anyone who has to read, produce or defend a number without a commerce background — plant and production heads, purchase and stores staff, sales managers, and junior accounts team members who can operate the software but cannot yet explain the output.
Do you train on our own data?
Yes, and we prefer to. With a confidentiality agreement in place, we build the session around your cost sheets, MIS and stock reports, which is what makes it stick.
Can training be combined with a consulting engagement?
Often it should be. New SOPs, a new costing model or new software all land far better when the people using them have been trained on the reasoning behind them, not just the buttons.
